The strategic planning process is certainly not a walk in the park, but successfully implementing your plan is even more challenging. A good way to gain inspiration and insight into your own plan is to take a look at what others are doing - and what is driving their success.
The City of Goodyear, Arizona, has done an exemplary job in implementing their strategic plan. We've invited Pam Davis, Assistant to the City Manager in Goodyear, to share with us their process in implementing their plan and the lessons learned along the way.
This webinar will cover:
- The lessons that the City of Goodyear learned from implementing their strategic plan
- How they were able to “let go” of direct approval of action items and how it changed the game
- How they are working to infuse their strategic plan into the city’s routine business
- How they are trying to improve communication both inside and outside the organization
Duration: 1 hour
