Action progress sliders now roll up through your plan hierarchy to give you actual progress percentages at any level. Now everyone can see how their contributions are moving the needle towards achieving the overall vision.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Tracking, The Way You Want It
We’ve turned government performance tracking on its head by giving you the ability to track and report on performance any way you want. Whether it’s advanced charting and reporting functions using formulas in measures, pivot tables, data merges, thresholds or creating customizable and shareable dashboards for any department or individual, Envisio does it all. And to top it off you can align your performance measures with your strategic and operating plans. What could be better than that?
Activity Stream Keeps Everyone Informed
A big part of getting things done is how we communicate our progress to others. Envisio’s new Activity Stream dashlet automates communication by reminding staff that it’s time to provide progress updates and informing you with changes and alerts regarding your plans. If something requires your immediate attention, Envisio will send you an email too. We’ve also added search and filtering functions so users can easily track down missed notifications. Feel confident about the strategic decisions you make with up-to-date, accurate information from Envisio.
The Report Builder / Scheduler You’ve Been Waiting For
Let’s face it, creating reports for internal managers or external stakeholders is difficult and time consuming. With Envisio’s new Report Builder, you can generate your reports by individual, department, organization, or for any part of your plan or performance measures.
Report Builder enables you to get answers about your strategic and operational plan performance, and KPI results. Through a series of steps, you can build their report from various report types: Progress, Planning, Measure or user-defined Templates. You can further define a report based on plan elements that you own, contribute or observe, and select whether to report on all levels of the plan or specific level(s) only.
Need an Action Plan progress report by department? Our filter, sort, group by and page break options make it easy. Only interested in reporting high level progress? Not a problem with our Report Builder.
But wait, there’s more! Our report scheduler allows you to automatically create any report and have it emailed to whomever you want, whenever you want.
