This Privacy Policy of Envisio Solutions Inc. (“Envisio”) and any related guidelines and processes are subject to applicable Canadian government laws. Envisio complies with the applicable privacy laws of Canada.

Envisio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information we collect from you, including personal information, collected through our publicly available websites (“Sites”).

Information Collection Methods

We collect Personal Information from you when you interact with our Sites or use our Services (the “Services”). For example, we collect Personal Information from you when you purchase our Services, complete a profile to create an account to use our Services, register with us, register for an event, participate in surveys, download a whitepaper, subscribe to our newsletter, contact us with questions, provide us with feedback, voluntarily post in blogs, chat, forums or message boards available from the Sites. Depending on your interaction with our Sites, we may collect information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, username, password, employment title, company information, payment information, and other information that you actively submit to us.

When you use Envisio as a customer or join as a user of Envisio’s services (the “Services”), Envisio will ask for Personal Information such as your name, address, phone number and email address, employment title, that will be used to activate your account, provide the Services to you, communicate with you about the status of your account, and for any other purpose set out in this Privacy Policy.

Consent & Information Collection and Use

By providing Personal Information to Envisio and by retaining Envisio to provide you with the Services, you voluntarily consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information as specified in this Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, Envisio may on occasion ask you to consent when Envisio collects, uses, or discloses your Personal Information in specific circumstances. Sometimes your consent will be implied through your conduct with Envisio if the purpose of the collection, use or disclosure is obvious and you voluntarily provide the information.

Envisio may occasionally communicate with you regarding Envisio’s products, services, news and events or post such communications on your account. You have the option to not receive this information. Envisio provides an opt-out function with all communications of this nature, or will cease to communicate with you for this purpose if you contact Envisio at info@envisio.com, andtell Envisio not to communicate this information to you. The only kind of communications that you may not “opt-out” of are those required to communicate Service-related announcements, including, without limitation, information specific to your account, planned Service suspensions and outages, and changes to the Services. Envisio will attempt to minimize this type of communication to you.

Age of Consent

Envisio does not knowingly provide the Services to, and will not knowingly collect the Personal Information from anyone under the age of consent in the jurisdiction in which the Services are provided.

Rights to Your Information

You have the right to access and edit your Personal Information at any time by signing into your on-line application.

Disclosure

Envisio will keep confidential all of your Personal Information, records and data collected and imported into your on-line application.

Envisio will only share your Personal Information with third parties in accordance with your instructions or as necessary to provide you with a specific Service or otherwise in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation. You understand, acknowledge and agree that under urgent or emergency circumstances, and/or as required by court order, official authority, police or other law enforcement authority, or any applicable law or regulation, Envisio may make available your information or data to the relevant third party. Under such circumstances, where permitted, Envisio will notify you as soon as Envisio becomes aware of such a request. As a general rule, Envisio does not and will not sell, rent, share or disclose your Personal Information without first receiving your permission or as permitted in this Privacy Policy, or by law.

You further agree that Envisio may disclose and share your Personal Information or data with our parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and contractors for internal purposes, including uses related to the Services, improvements to the Services and extending special offers to you. Envisio will ensure all persons or entities under our control that have access to your data will have executed confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements whereby they will not have the authority to use any aspect of your Personal Information other than to provide the services for which Envisio has retained them to provide. In any event, Envisio will at all times disclose only the minimally necessary information to facilitate the provision of such services.

Aggregated Data

Envisio may also use your Personal Information to generate Aggregated Data for internal use and for sharing with affiliates, subsidiaries, business partners and third parties for planning and marketing purposes. “Aggregated Data” means records that have been stripped of Personal Information potentially identifying individuals, and which have been manipulated or combined to provide generalized, anonymous information. Your identity and Personal Information will not be discoverable in Aggregated Data.

User Communications

Envisio may contact you to confirm and verify the Personal Information on your account. Envisio may also communicate with you by e-mailing your administrator and/or posting information on your account to provide Service notifications, account information, and information in regard to any issues with your account.

Envisio’s website may contain links to other sites and Envisio is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites. Envisio encourages you to read the privacy policy of linked sites. Their privacy policies and practices may differ from Envisio’s policies and practices.

Envisio uses cookies and log files to track user information. Cookies are small amounts of data that are transferred to your web browser by a web server and are stored on your computer’s hard drive. Envisio uses cookies to monitor traffic patterns and gauge popularity of Service options. Envisio will use this information to deliver relevant content and Services to you.
